At Innovative Implements Inc., our goal is to deliver high-value digital solutions, strategic guidance, and innovative resources to support entrepreneurs and business owners in building and scaling their businesses. We are committed to customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of many of our offerings, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.  

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Downloads, Templates, eBooks, PLR, PDFs)

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. These include but are not limited to: Downloadable PDFs and eBooks. Templates and toolkits. PLR (Private Label Rights) products. Digital guides and checklists. AI resource lists and strategy planners. Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, refunds cannot be issued due to the irreversible nature of digital delivery.

Exceptions:

If you experience technical issues accessing the product, please notify us within 3 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a replacement product of equal value.  

STRATEGY SESSIONS & CONSULTING SERVICES

We provide personalized strategy sessions designed to give direct value and customized planning. Refunds are subject to the following conditions: No refunds for completed or missed sessions. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may be granted a one-time courtesy to reschedule your session at no charge. No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will not be refunded. If you are unsatisfied after your session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss concerns—we are committed to your satisfaction and may offer a solution to resolve your dissatisfaction at our discretion.  

MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer both monthly and annual memberships for exclusive content, business-building tools, and resources.

Monthly Subscriptions:

Refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle once charged. You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

Annual Subscriptions:

Refunds will not be issued once the annual plan has started. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal for the following year.  

BUNDLES, PROMOTIONS & LIMITED-TIME OFFERS

All bundled offers, seasonal promotions, and discounted product packages (e.g., “The Haunted Hustle”, a Halloween themed bundle or Black Friday bundles) are non-refundable. These items are often delivered with immediate access to multiple resources and are considered final sale.  

DUPLICATE CHARGES OR ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES

If you believe you were charged twice for the same product or made an accidental duplicate purchase for a physical product, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll investigate and process a refund if applicable.

AMENDMENTS TO THIS REFUND POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
