At Innovative Implements Inc., we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions, services, and resources to help entrepreneurs and business owners succeed. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ve designed this Cancellation Policy to be transparent and fair.  

GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW

This policy applies to all purchases made through Innovative Implements Inc., including: Digital products and downloads. Online courses and trainings. 1-on-1 strategy sessions. Subscription and membership services. Bundled offers and promotions. By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.  

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

All sales of digital products, including templates, eBooks, PDFs, PLR materials, and online course access, are final and non-refundable due to the immediate access and nature of the goods.

Cancellations Not Accepted After Purchase:

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (or access granted), we cannot accept cancellations or issue refunds. Exception: If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 3 days of purchase for resolution.  

ONE-ON-ONE STRATEGY SESSIONS

We understand that schedules can change. Please review our policy for booking cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If canceled more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule once without penalty. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation will stop the auto-renewal. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time to avoid renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid term. Refunds are not available once the annual term has begun.  

BUNDLES, PROMOTIONS AND LIMITED-TIME OFFERS

Sales on special bundles, promotional deals, or seasonal offers (e.g., Black Friday, Halloween bundles, etc.) are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to their discounted and limited-time nature.  

CANCELLATION DUE TO BREACH OR MISUSE

Innovative Implements Inc. reserves the right to cancel a service or access to any digital product without a refund if any terms of service, copyright rules, or usage policies are violated by the customer.
